Key Instructions for Cake Care:
- It is imperative to maintain the cake’s temperature and levelness throughout the transport process.
- The cake box should always beheld at the bottom. Avoid the top or the sides at all times.
- Before you collect the cake, ensure the front footwell is clear, and the vehicle has completely cooled.
- Transport your cake using the air icon on feet and the designated footwell.
- Upon receiving the cake, please refrigerate it as soon as workable.
- Allow it to reach room temperature for about 25-30 minutes before serving.
- Our liability ceases upon your departure from our location, as we do not have authority over your transportation arrangements if you choose to collect your order.
